Further to our story about Koketso Chiepe in jail, The designer has since responded about our publication saying it was all a set up  . The response goes as follows

I do not owe that company- It was a set up .I do not have a current account in Botswana, therefore could not write a cheque that bounced. The whole thing was orchestrated-- There is/was in nothing linking me to that alleged bill, Proper procedures were not taken. I did not get a summons, no notification absolutely nothing. It was just an illegal thing.. I went to court and WON! But all people like is the bad news.

As a friend I BEG you to please remove this story as that is all it is.. A story. I AM NOT OWING ANYBODY.....
