THE ESSENCE OF STYLE by DESIGNERS’ MUSE

MESH LACE

Miuccia Prada once said "For me fabric is 90% of the mental work in design….it's where I spend most of my time because the quality of the fabric is fundamental. When I get the fabric done, the show is done. I am at ease"
Designers’ Muse is a fabric and haberdashery store that carries designer and novelty fashion fabrics, notions & trims, all tailoring supplies and display items such as mannequins, bust forms, garment racks, and the likes.
At Designers’  Muse, you will find a wide array of silks, chiffons, laces, brocades, shantung, guipure, organza, satin, Lame, Calico, jersey, cotton etc in different prints and colours, all sourced across the world. You will also find very unique and affordable trimmings, neck and crystal motifs, zippers, etc. The store which is located in Isolo, for the time being, is simply a designer’s haven! It is a shopper’s delight, and as their slogan aptly reads, they are ‘your fashion resource partner!’
According to the Chief Executive of the company, Rashidat Hamza, “The ESSENCE OF STYLE collection is not your ideal collection of garments designed by a fashion designer but it is rather, a layout of beautiful fabrics and trims nicely draped on the models. It is a presentation of style as it should be; i.e., fun, versatile and elegant. And it serves as a guide to the designer who seeks to understand the dexterity of our pieces”.
