DAVID TLALE creates SUMMER WALK

Ladies will be rocking this summer in the latest shoe range by acclaimed local designer David Tlale in partnership with Luella Shoes, which will be available in Luella stores from this December 2010 and will feature a selection of six styles.

David Tlale makes his return with a must-have collection of shoes that ranges from bejewelled pumps, beaded sandals to ballet pumps that only the King of Fashion can produce.

This follows a successful collection of the Luella/David Tlale Limited Edition which debuted in December 2009.

“We had such a positive response to our David Tlale/Luella fusion shoes last year and the ladies told me how much they love the sexy elegance, not to mention, confidence that collection gave them,” says David Tlale, designer.

“This year, I thought it would be best to continue with that sexy elegance, but give it more comfort and grace,” he adds.

In true David Tlale fashion, the shoes have a daring element to them. Each item is uniquely crafted and styled to perfection with a keen attention to detail.

The David Tlale Collection will be available in select Luella stores this December with prices ranging from R599 to R899.

About David Tlale:
David Tlale is a brand that defies convention and a brand that impenitently employs unpredictable use and understanding of fabric, colour and texture. Since its catwalk debut in 2003, David Tlale has enjoyed outstanding exposure on both local and international catwalks, taking the label to astronomic heights.

David Tlale has since been invited to exhibit his creative talents at other international platforms, including a May 2008 invitation to showcase in Washington DC as part of the De Beers Shining Light Collection.

One of his many accolades includes being voted Star Fashion Designer for the Stars of Mzansi Awards and some of his blessings include designing a showstopper for British supermodel, Jourdan Dunn, which was showcased at Virgin Mobile Cape Town Fashion Week.
